I never really believed in it until I had my last baby two years ago. Now, about three days before I start I turn into a raging hellbeast.

Today, I would just like to smack the stupid faces of every stupid person who stupidly looks at me out of their stupid eyeballs.

Y'all, I'm getting PMS symptoms and I haven't even gotten my period back yet!  Lord help me (and my poor husband).

So PMS symptoms this morning. I am mad at my DH just because in called in sick. He says his head is hurting but I just think he might have wanted a day off.  He did help me by putting some towels in the washer for me. That made me mad because that wasn't what I wanted to wash at the time. I know it is silly but tell that to my PMS at this time of day. Oh will at lest Thanksgiving is looking good.

HAHAHAHAH! Lisa, I here you! The other day I wanted to slap Johnny cash because I didn't understand why he picked all the songs I didn't like (at that moment) for this one album I had.

MMM- Poor you! Is it getting better?

PMS and autism do not mix. I once told off an entire shoe store starting with a comment from a little girl that my daugther was "being bad." Not. Good. I'm toward the end of going through the cycle of not having periods at all. Whoopee! but here's what worked for me in the years when I had PMS worse: going easy on the sugar, alchohol and exercising. Er, I mean, being sure to exercise. there are supplements like evening primrose oil...Really. These alternative approches help.  And then in Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom, Dr. Christian Northrup MD states that our cycles have a message for us about what's really bothering us the rest of the month but is brought forth and cannot be ignored the rest of the time. This proved true for me repeatedly in my marriage and last month in my current relationship. I totally recommend that book to everyone.  She's a wholistic gyn and she addresses the whole gamut on the issue and much, much more. Fascinating read. Like a bible to me. I call her my medical guru. she's like a female Depak Chopra. Good luck, zooey. You've entertained us with your initial post. Per usual.
